Unclaimed Funds

  Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 2335.34 (lists of Unclaimed Funds), the following outstanding funds have not been claimed. Please claim the funds below by contacting the Jackson County Treasurer's Office. Any funds unclaimed are deposited with the Jackson County Treasurer into the Unclaimed Funds Account.

Note: Unless otherwise ordered by the Judge, the Treasurer will hold Unclaimed Funds for 3 years from date of receipt, if no claim is made, the funds are forfeited to the County or as ordered by the Court.
